Kyle Ross

A big voice for the little issues.

Living and Working in Ward 7, Kyle Ross is a strong voice for the everyday issues that affect residents’ lives. He believes the small things matter— it’s responding to crime concerns, reporting potholes, or addressing quality-of-life problems—and he makes himself available and accountable to constituents.

Kyle advocates for a safer community through strong support for law enforcement, focused infrastructure investment, and a business environment that keeps taxes low and neighborhoods thriving. His approach to public service is simple: listen, respond, and get things done for Ward 7.

Write-in  🖊️ Candidate
Ward 7 Special Election

I'm standing up for you!

What I Stand For

  • Prioritizing Maintenance: Trash collection, crime, potholes, snow plowing — these are the basics. The City must deliver, and Ward 7 deserves better.

  • Restoring TransparencyLocal community meetings haven’t been happening. You have the right to be heard and represented. Kyle will be accessible and responsive.

  • Fighting CrimeThe New Haven Police Department is underfunded and understaffed. Kyle will fight for public safety and support the officers who protect our neighborhoods.

  • Lowering Taxes: Property taxes have increased year after year. Kyle will fight to slow and reduce the tax burden on homeowners and small businesses.

Why I'm Running for Alder

Green-2-of-8.png
I’m running for Alder because I live and work in Ward 7 and, like many of my neighbors, I’m frustrated with how often the basics get overlooked.
